Welcome to the home of Tanuki (Ta-new-kee) Con!! What is Tanuki Con? Well, it's a Convention with events such as Cosplaying, skits, Anime viewing rooms, Japanese cerimonies, Voice Actors and Artists from popular Anime Titles, wild fan made anime music videos (AMV's), a Dealers Room with hard to find items, and many other activities. Now comes the most basic question - if your new to all of this - What is Anime? Anime refers to cartoons from Japan, Well at least the Anime that we will be featuring. It comes in all shapes and sizes, so that no matter what you might be into, there's bound to be a little something for you here. If this will be your first Convention, never fear, we shall have our schedules out so you'll be able to plan all 3 days of the Convention ahead of time. If you are a Convention veteran, then you'll find Tanuki Con quite unique, We will have not only Anime, but Japanese releated events such as a traditional Tea Ceremony as well as other Japanese cultural events that will not only entertain you, but you may even learn something while your at it.
