Let the decorations commence!! As some may know, this was once an old theater, and working in several theaters myself, I have collected a number of movie items like banners, The watchful eye of Elizabeth shall watch over our cafe.
I start on the logo, a bit of a challenge, I started with a print out of 50 sheets, pinned them all up, drew them on from the sheets, sheet by sheet, and started to paint them on. For anyone who ever has to do this, just remember, house paint makes this job impossible. It took a good bit of the day to find some good paints to use on this little project.
The spirit of Christmas has come to our shop. We got the lights up which can be seen from the front of the store. Also, as seen on the right, the clocks have taken over, collector's movie clocks, that is. Just part of Jane's collection.
More of Jane's clocks, I think she has 20 in all to be put up, once we get them out of storage that is. Also, on the right, the rest of our equipment arrives, just awaiting the counters now for them.
